i remember the days when you could put a couple of coins into a parking meter. it took around 30 seconds. I also remember a time when a person, a real human, would come to your car and you could pay them with cash. Now, in order to park, I have to go through a 15 minute sign up process, confirm emails, card details, passwords. I have to navigate a phone app. what does an old person without a phone do? they can't park their car? we have normalised this awful way of running society. 0 stars. awful

This is not an app focused in user's experience. Very poorly developed. 1) tedious account creation (asking for inputs they can get automatically from public sources). Login should be connected through google accounts 2) no google pay/apple pay, but instead a wallet to make the financial business. This is public service folks. Preferred to park somewhere else.
