Weird user interface. Can't find anyone who knows how to use it. Opens on some random screen that won't accept stamps and swiping back and forth shows further cards that won't stamp. After lots of swiping and clicking a good card comes up, but no idea how... Used to be OK

Very unstable will log you out for no good reason and then it's a hell of a task to get back in again. It has wiped my stars in the past. Also what is the point of double stars? and why do I have to collect six stars when it says buy five to get a free coffee. Is this worth taking up with Trading Standards?

The recent update brought unreliability, having to sign in repeatedly and wipes card progress at random. I had a free coffee saved, with a second nearly ready, before it all got wiped after needing to sign in again. It was far better before.
