The free drinks expire pretty quickly and there's no prior warning. I was told by a cafe that uses it that the idea is that you go there regularly. Clearly did go regularly enough to earn the stamps! Other apps from cafes don't expire or if they do it's years later and with a warning to spend them. Think it's really cheeky and just makes me not want to use the app or shop at that venue. Reallt silly setting.

Lost all my credits on this app, one day it let's you sign in and the next day you simply can not sign in. I have never experienced such a frustrating unreliable app before. Tells me I must sign in and when I do it tells me I Am not registered and when I sign in to register itt tells me I'm already registered. Absolutely useless app in my opinion, worked for a few days then never worked for a day or two and now completely shut me out. A complete total wast of time.

The app logged me out unexpectedly when I was about to get my free Starbucks drink. When I tried to log in, I got connection error, despite having connection. I tried both wifi and mobile network. I restarted the phone, cleared cache, reinstalled app. I am unable to log in.
