This app makes paid parking the most inefficient and difficult experience possible. You'd be better off hiring a drunk homeless person to collect payments by swiping cards in an aluminum can. Like how do I log into my account on your website and can see history but that's completely separate from the app. Then you can see locations to park online but you can't pay or transact to park there without downloading this overly permissive app to run in the background. 2 stars is generous.

Actual Scam! We paid and this app counted down and we left no problem.....we get a $90 ticket 2 weeks later. The parking lot clocked us getting in at 1 pm and leaving at 3pm, like we paid for, the app shifted our time an hour saing we went 2-4!

Used this app & their parking system while on vacation. I WAS LOCKED IN A PARKING GARAGE FOR 40 MINUTES because the app would not allow me to leave through the gate. Called for help via the button at the gate & the woman who answered didn't know what app I was talking about & hung up on me. I called the support number on the app and was told to uninstall it & try using the browser instead. If support telling you to uninstall the app is the solution, then don't use this service in the 1st place.
