Should focus on simplicity. Maybe I'm old fashioned but only having a smartphone app, behind a lock screen, sitting in my glovebox, makes for a whole ordeal just to come home. I would much prefer a tag to open the garage where I don't have to do anything but pull up, but this app favors the apartment/garage staff instead. Please at least make the app simple...add a widget that can be used on the home screen. Remove the prompt "you now have access to..xxxx". Just make it a simple click to open.

The app informs you that, despite your full wifi signal and 5G network connection, that you, the user, have a poor network signal and that you need to check your connection. This conveniently occurs on the last day to update your billing to your bank account, so you do not incur a 3% fee for using your credit/debit card. There is no website on which you can sign in to, so if the app goes down, you have no recourse. What a terrible way to run a business, for the consumer.

Predatory parking beware. Went to a store that had parkade app. When I installed the app, it defaulted to 6 hour and charge first. Store redeemed only 1st hour. I spend 15 minutes of parking and got charged for 5 hours rather than "validated parking " as visible in the app. there was no way to update my parking duration after the initial default time. Beware exploitive customer policies. would rate 0 stars if I could.
