For Calendar
As the user installs and runs the app first time, he is prompted to choose the language from English or Punjabi or Hindi. After tapping next button, user navigates to the main calendar page displayed in chosen language. The calendar displays the current month and current date (highlighted in pink color). The important dates list can be scrolled up/down to view all dates. Important dates in General Mode are marked with colored indications for Punjab Govt. holidays and Bank holidays. User can change the mode of calendar into Nanakshahi or General by tapping the buttons provided at bottom of the screen. User can also view the calendar and important dates of any month by using the horizontally scrolling 'Months menu' at the top of calendar. User can change the calendar language at any time by tapping 'Select Language' button and selecting desired language i.e. English, Punjabi or Hindi.

For Live Kirtan
For listening the live kirtan, user mobile should be connected to internet. After the app is started, user can tap the Play Button (Yellow Color), provided at top left corner of the screen. As the player starts, user can view a rotating circle appearing near Play Button, which indicates that the audio player is ON and playing the kirtan. Tapping the same button again pauses the audio and rotating circle disappears. If the user is not connected to internet, playing the audio player results into displaying an alert message for connecting to internet. If by chance kirtan is not playing, user can restart the app while internet is connected. There may be a chance that kirtan is not available sometimes due to technical problem at the source.
