I tried to use the app because we lost the remote, but the instructions are in Chinese, and the best I can determine is that the remote is required in order to connect the phone to the ceiling fan. I couldn't use the app to control the fan.

Unable to use this app. It keeps crashing as soon as it's installed and you try to add a device. Tried clearing cache as suggested but nothing works. Waiting for developer to update with a fix for this app.

App doesn't work, customer service doesn't work either I guess, they don't respond or answer there phone. To figure they deal with Lowes go figure.
