Bastante inconveniente: No se puede pausar ni cancelar el parking, o sea obligatoriamente hay que reservar más de la cuenta, o estar agregando minutos a cada rato 😡 EDIT: Pues cambien el reglamento, qué mala excusa. Entonces esta bien hacer reglamentos injustos y embusteros a los usuarios.

Hola Marco, efectivamente no se puede cancelar sesiones. Esto es por reglamento municipal. Cada municipalidad tiene sus propias restricciones. Lamentamos no poder ayudarte en esta ocasión, es un tema reglamental.

Han existido 2 ocasiones donde no me permite recargar dinero y me.han realizado multa de tránsito este año (uso tarjeta del BAC y no me permite quitarla para volver a añadirla y probar si cambia)

Algunas veces el banco bloquea las transacciones y debemos procesar el desbloqueo. Por favor escríbenos por medio del chat para mediar el desbloqueo de tu cuenta. Además contamos con otras opciones de recarga como lo es Sinpemovil y Comercios

Siempre da error "recargue su monedero" y no se puede pagar el parqueo, es una aplicación ineficiente, perfectamente me pueden hacer un parte. Tras de todo servicio al cliente pone "regreso mañana"

Trabajamos arduamente para llegar a más cantones, sin embargo, el proceso de entrada a los municipios es bastante complicado, y sin la solicitud de los mismos no podemos ofrecer nuestro servicio.
