This application is intended for all health professionals in Ile-de-France, whatever the modality of exercise: both in the city health field or health establishment and medico-social.
The mobile application allows you to:
- consult the Terr-eHealth coordination file for your patients: hospitalization and consultation reports, biology results, emergency liaison file, etc.
- access the contact details and simply contact the professionals in the care circle of your patients
- chat instantly with the healthcare professionals in your patient's circle of care, via a secure chat
- consult, write and share notes or photos with healthcare professionals in the care circle
- add personal memos and reminders
- access the directory of Ile de France healthcare services.
Terr-eSanté APP Pro is an application reserved for professionals. A mobile application dedicated to patients is also available.
To access it, you must already have a Terr-eSanté account. Access to the mobile application is done with the same identifiers as for the Terr-eSanté web platform.
