I got a new phone, but same account and number. I no longer get notifications about messages from employees, yet can get a text message about my upcoming shift. My phone settings and app settings say allow notifications. I tried deleting the app and re-download it, but now the app is on my home screen, but doesn't show up under settings all apps. any advice? I'm stuck. those messages I need to pick up shifts when $ is offered

(Update and still not fixed) I see other reviews complaining of similar issues but they seem more focused on rearranging the app and improving the looks. *Original*shifts only show fellow managers, yet for crew members it WILL show ALL shifts (not good with this generations mindset) it should be the other way around. Now time clock history only shows the time punches, instead of the total tallied hours worked during one week, which is useful for businesses using the 2400 vs 12 hour clock system.

The app worked at first. There was an update a week or so ago and now it won't work at all. Completely by passes the log in and just shows a loading screen and says network unavailable. My app is updated to the latest version, ive cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Can't even login via internet or another device I just get the same problem
