About this app

The PAR OPS app enables restaurant employees to interact with their schedules including availability changes, time off requests, shift swaps/drops and more. Additionally, the app enables employees and managers to work with PAR OPS restaurant activities like inventory, prep label printing, line check todo lists and more.

I got a new phone, but same account and number. I no longer get notifications about messages from employees, yet can get a text message about my upcoming shift. My phone settings and app settings say allow notifications. I tried deleting the app and re-download it, but now the app is on my home screen, but doesn't show up under settings all apps. any advice? I'm stuck. those messages I need to pick up shifts when $ is offered

The app worked at first. There was an update a week or so ago and now it won't work at all. Completely by passes the log in and just shows a loading screen and says network unavailable. My app is updated to the latest version, ive cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Can't even login via internet or another device I just get the same problem

Last year it used to show the schedule in an easy-to-view format for the whole week (think Mon 9AM-5PM Tue 6:30PM-2AM but in an easy-to-read column) but now it's a confusing blob of irrelevant info that you have to be careful not to fat finger and must restart the app to try finding your scheduled days. The messenger is good, when it remembers that you clicked the "STAY LOGGED-IN" option! Please employers, use this app as a last resort! You'll be lucky if staff use it to communicate at all!

Minimum Quantity per Interval' can now be edited directly in template mode in the PAR OPS App at both the unit and employee level, reducing over- or under-prepping.
