once again, the app is terrible. not only did they change it so I can only see fellow managers and not the rest of my crew in the app, but now it changed again. I no longer can even see fellow managers and the app claims there are"no shifts scheduled" for future days even though there is. I thankfully can still see the days I work but everyone else is having this issue and it's not ok. please fix the app guys

this is very helpfull all associates can drop n pick up shifts. Best of all we can put in our requests for time off and all the Managers know☘️. 8.9.25I read some reviews. I just know in Laurel MD whenever I need time off I put it in way ahead of time. we have a Great team n look out 4 each other. I haven't ever been denied. One review was about not being able to do request off or swapping. I'm 61. I don't know 1/2 this stuff. on that note I communicate with a manager. that's why they're there☘

I got a new phone, but same account and number. I no longer get notifications about messages from employees, yet can get a text message about my upcoming shift. My phone settings and app settings say allow notifications. I tried deleting the app and re-download it, but now the app is on my home screen, but doesn't show up under settings all apps. any advice? I'm stuck. those messages I need to pick up shifts when $ is offered
