I've had 2 cameras for about 3 months now. While the quality of the videos is good the same cannot be said about the connectivity. Most of the time I cannot connect to them to look back at a video recorded at an earlier time. I can only see a recording at the time I receive a notification. If I try to see a recording a while after a notification is received I get an error message. Can't see night recordings in the morning so defeats the purpose. Wouldn't recommend. I'd return them if I could.

Probably, you are using Myers wireless cameras. These battery devices are sleeping all the time. There are two ways to wake them up: using a motion detector or sending a "wake on LAN" signal. Your camera problem occurs if the camera doesn't get the "wake on LAN" signal. Contact us for further diagnostic at https://partizanstore.eu/pages/contacts/

Started off well, but just isn't working First doorbell stopped working had to get it replaced. Second doorbell seemed to be working okay, but 12hours later I get no notifications at all. Used to get motion sensor notifications. Now nothing. Got same doorbell at work. Again, no notifications at all. Used to work fine, settings are the same. I just don't understand why. Can't save videos, app just says there's an error. Wondering if there's another app that you can use with the Myers doorbell.

Myers notifications will be turned off if you switch to another account or local mode (My devices). We didn't receive any feedback regarding errors during saving the videos, but we will initiate a check with our QA department.

This app is REALLY useful as I can migrate camera monitoring from Windows tablets to Android tablets for less maintenance and cost. Its one of the few apps that will connect to my hybrid DVR and show the numerous camera feeds. My only BIG wish is that it allowed rearranging of the camera channel on the preview screens. UPDATE: in response to the developers response and solution below - uplifted to 5* awesome program!
