About this app

"parushenni.by" is an app for public occupational safety inspectors. It helps systematize compliance monitoring and automate the recording of monitoring results.

What can the app do?

✅ Enter inspector data—full name, ID number and date, organization, and city. The data is saved, automatically entered into the document, and stored only on your phone. You can delete it at any time.

✅ Pre-built checklists—9 sections with 119 questions on key occupational safety topics: territory, buildings, sanitary and sanitary facilities, equipment, tools, warehouse operations, briefings, PPE, and electrical safety. The database is updated based on your suggestions.

✅ Quickly record violations—next to each question are two buttons: "YES" (everything is in order) and "NO" (a violation has been detected). When you select "NO," a violation text is automatically generated with a link to the specific clause of the regulatory legal act and a requirement for correction.

✅ Search by question: Enter a keyword ("hammer," "hatch"), and the app will expand the relevant sections with matching highlights.

✅ Automatic recommendation generation: Based on the selected violations, a completed document is compiled with a table, rectification deadlines, the inspector's signature, and the line "Recommendation received." The date, city, and inspector information are automatically entered. The formatting follows a uniform official style.

✅ Smart link shortening: When the same Rule No. 53 or Instructions No. 175 or No. 209 are mentioned repeatedly, a shortened form is used. This makes the document more compact.

✅ Automatically calculates deadlines: 5, 7, 10, or 30 days, or the wording "upon receipt of a recommendation" and "ongoing," depending on the severity of the violation.

✅ Save in Word and send by email — the finished document in .docx format opens in any office application. You can send it to your manager or trade union committee directly from the app.

✅ Saved recommendations — all documents are stored in the app. When opening a saved entry, the "YES/NO" marks are automatically restored: conveniently add more to the check or return to the item later. Unneeded entries can be deleted with a long press.

✅ Statistics — graphs: average number of violations per monitoring, number of checks by month, and the top 5 sections by number of violations. Period: 1, 3, 6 months, or all time.

✅ "Clear checklist" button — quickly reset all marks with one click.

✅ Feedback — write to us directly from the app: suggestions, comments, ideas.

✅ Intuitive interface — everything is in Russian, large buttons. Works offline (except for sending emails). Data is stored only on the device.

✅ Privacy Policy — the app asks for consent to the processing of personal data upon first launch (required by Google Play and Huawei AppGallery).
