Kate, the idea of this app is great but the current version for Android is so so buggy. Please fix this ASAP. The autoplay function doesn't stop even if I hit cancel. The next message it plays doesn't correspond with the display so I am never sure which message is playing or which I've missed. When I add one name and try to add another, the 'To:' box STILL pre-populates the first 3 letters from the last name I added, requiring backspacing and adding in the new name (just far to cumbersome for simply adding in a name to send a message to someone). The 'Forward' function does not forward the title. AND the new 'Add Note' dropdown adds an extra step for highlighting, copying, forward, and pasting the title, simply for trying to forward a message. And almost always, when I press the 'i' icon to get the detailed information on a kate, it opens up the previous kate I heard thereby almost always requiring me to search for the kate I want info on TWICE. For the cost of this service, this is a lot to go through. Please please address this issue, because, as you may know in WWG, we use this app several times a day everyday. Excellent app! Three suggestions. 1. Installing the recent update (version 4.5.8) changes Auto Play Inbox slider button default from "off" to "on". Recommend devs not change defaults without initial app launch notification. 2. Accessing the app Settings/Configuration could me more intuitive. Currently, the Settings (gear icon) is only accessible from the Tags screen. Recommend including "gear" icon on Inbox screen. 3. After recent updates, message playback stops with display off where in the past it didn't. Recommend restoring this finctionality.
New update for the Samsung S8 doesn't play audio. Says sound file is broken. Please fix ASAP!

I have tons of dropped messages that I record that fail to send. I also fail to receive important audios from others due to the same issues. This is a BIG problem for this app to have and it is frustrating. The audio is also hard to hear a majority of time due to the quietness of the volume
The new version doesn't play in the background like previous versions. Being a multi tasking person it makes it difficult when I can't attend to more things while using the app

- Automatic Playback in the inbox default is now set to OFF, users can enable it in Options.
