The app doesn't work. You open the app and a list of buttons gets displayed (Bluetooth, USB, etc.) but clicking any button states that Bluetooh wasn't enabled. I'm playing music through the BT, so that isn't true, but I shouldn't need it anyway if using USB. I believe that because of the Great Chinese Firewall, they don't have a website, so there's no help. You can tell from the app description and in-app error message that the makers don't use English as a first language.

Not working with my galaxy ultra s21. I've been emailing for days trying to get help and I'm getting nowhere with the producer of the radio.

I could not get it to connect to SWM 1789 Radio. How do you connect?
