Very bad app. The delivery is so slow, and it is having a negative impact on the e-commerce. The delivery was so late. I would rather go to my nearest store and buy our product. Overall, I think this is the worst app that I have ever experienced. The customer support number, I think none of them are picking up. I have made a ticket as well. The delivery is so slow. I mean, yes, the delivery and the hospitality, that's what I find the worst.

My experience with this store was disappointing.I purchased a phone from the Lekhnath Talchowk branch after seeing the official online listing for the Redmi Note 14 5G. However, I was given the Redmi Note 14 4G instead. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the “5G” mentioned online was a typographical error. As a customer, I relied on the official information provided online when making my purchase, and that information turned out to be incorrect.
