The Passage Manager app lets you manage your Passage event ticketing and payments account from your mobile device. To use this app you need to have an account on Passage. Get started with online and in-person payments and event ticketing for your event at https://GoPassage.com!

Available Features:
- Check guests in by scanning tickets or searching a digital guestlist for your event.
- Browse the guest list and manually redeem tickets, or reset them for future redemption.
- Sell tickets & products right from your mobile device!
- Use the Passage card reader to accept credit card payments, or mark as paid by cash.
- Print tickets and receipts after completing a sale.


Works with the following ticketing platforms: Passage, HauntPay, PintPay, SoccerStub, EscapeTix, SavorStub, BleacherPay, All Things Ticketing, and LAXStub.

Ratings and reviews

Not knowing how many people have or are left to be checked in to an event on this app is my biggest issue. Having to click every name to see is super tedious and time consuming. Ive mentioned it twice to customer service/development. Shouldn't be too complicated to add in. Aslo it would be nice to have a notification via the app if something books, like a popup or a sound even.

This app does not work on 2 of my android devices. It has really made it hard for us to use our card reader and now it will not work on my phone which is what we had to resort to, in order to take credit cards. Dont plan on using this app unless you have iphone or ipad.

So far it's working great for us, and it will definitely streamline things for our concert series this year. The customer service may be the best I have ever encountered. they are right there with an answer in the chat window usually within minutes.
