About this app
Passboards is where your people keep their moments together.
Start a board for the trip, the wedding, the season, the Tuesday that turned into something, and add the people who were there. Everyone posts to the same place: photos, videos, the songs that played, and the words worth keeping. It all lands in one beautiful album instead of six camera rolls and a group chat that scrolled past it weeks ago.
BOARDS
• Public, or private to the people you add.
• Up to 100 members per board. You choose who can post and who helps run it.
• Invite people with a link or a QR code. You can turn the link off any time.
• Up to 15 photos and videos in a single post, with a title, a caption, a place and tagged friends.
• Every photo shown in its own shape, on a calm page with no clutter around it.
• Put things in your order: owners and admins can arrange the posts in a board, and you can sort the boards on your profile and pin up to six to the top.
• Take a board with you: save all of it to your gallery, or export a zip with each post's caption, date and name. Free for everyone who can see the board.
MUSIC
• Share a song, album or playlist from Spotify or Apple Music, and play a 30-second preview right in the feed.
• Open anything in your music app with one tap, or share to Passboards straight from Spotify or Apple Music.
WRITE
• Post a quick note or a long-form essay, with headings, quotes, lists and links.
• Drafts save as you go, and essays open in a full-screen reader made for reading.
CLUBS
• A home for a group that keeps meeting: a team, a class, the friends you see every week. Group chat, events with RSVPs, announcements, and a board for every gathering.
• Every club has its own mark and a memorable address, so similar clubs never blur together.
• Club Looks: a host can give a club its own theme, title style and effect.
• Share your posts with a club, and its members see them in their feed and the club's Tagged section.
• Public or invite-only, up to 100 members, with an invite link the host controls.
• Sort your clubs your way and pin up to six to the top.
PEOPLE
• Follow friends, or keep your profile private and approve requests.
• A home feed of what your people are up to, and Explore for finding more.
• Like, comment, save, mention, and message.
• Find friends from your contacts, if you choose to. Emails and numbers are turned into one-way codes on your phone before anything is sent.
MESSAGES
• One-to-one conversations and club chats, with reactions and read receipts you can turn off. Send any post, board or profile straight into a chat.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO THAT LOOK RIGHT
• Tap any photo or video to open it full screen and swipe through the whole collection.
• Photos are kept sharp at full-screen size; video plays at 720p, up to three minutes a clip.
• Location and device details are stripped from every file you upload. Where a photo was taken is never shown unless you add a place yourself.
• A built-in photo editor: ten looks, Auto and fine adjustments, all applied on your phone before you post.
• Share photos and videos to a board straight from your gallery or any app's share sheet.
• Share a post or a board to your Instagram Story as a Passboards card.
YOUR PEOPLE ARE ALREADY HERE
• Passboards started in 2022. The Android app joins the same boards, clubs and conversations as everyone already there, so the whole family or the whole trip can be in one place whatever phone they carry.
YOUR ACCOUNT
• Sign up with an email. No ads today. Passboards is for adults: you must be 18 or older.
• Block or report anyone, and delete your account any time from Settings.

What’s new
New in 1.0.5:
• Chats catch up on every message you missed, and a message that doesn't send stays in the chat to try again.
• Tapping a notification while writing a post or comment waits until you're done.
• A phone that is out of space says so when an upload can't start.
• Smoother scrolling on Home and Explore; videos load once you stop on them.
• Feed videos don't play by themselves with Data Saver or Battery Saver on.
Passboards is for adults (18+).
