Wouldn't let me create an account, so I made one on the website. Now it won't let me login. It just says unknown error. And no one speaks English fluently enough to communicate with if you don't speak French, so I can't call to book anything. Why even have a bus if it's going to be inaccessible to those who need it?

Half price, Half-Assed I was thrilled to have a cheap way to get around town, but this app is flawed, and those flaws have only gotten worse with time. There have been multiple times when I set up a trip, only for the app to constantly refuse me. This is infuriating when I am trying to get home after taking said bus to the store. I think I will switch to taxis soon. Very soon.

The idea is good, the details badly done (at least for my local transport provider). The error messages when logging in were *not* helpful (turns out I had an account already and GPS *must* be on, but it never told me that). You cannot use the app to look up a trip; you must immediately book (without knowing what you are booking). I will only use this app because the alternative (call a phone # where you may or may not reach someone) is *even* worse.
