Awful! Although it's only partially the app fault. my wife and I tried to use the bus system today for the first time cause my car broke down. Waiting at the corner of an intersection and the wave to bus before they get us, bus drives by and driver shrugs? What gives.

Very helpful. My only issue with it is that it if ur trying to find out a rough idea of when the bus will be at a certain time it's not very clear like it is on the paper bus schedules. If u could access the schedules like they are on the paper schedules so u can see what time exactly the bus will be at a certain stop and if u have to transfer buses u can see what time the bus u need to transfer on to would get to where u need to be then I think it would make the app alot easier to navigate

The UI and UX is abhorrant. There are buttons that dont do anything, the stops dont make any sense and even someone experienced with the bus system would completely bewildered by the purpose of this. It's not at all as it was told by the depot developing it and its just as, if not LESS useful than the paper pamphlets. Its unfortunate.
