Ratings and reviews

I love the app but the you can't select the price displayed for the flight. You can't only select the bronze and others, not the least one. I usually have to book from my computer and manage it on my phone. Kindly make it possible to select the least price (not bronze) from the app.

it's difficult and almost impossible to make your payment online in the app. So after booking my flight I have to ring customer service to make payment on the phone and it costs me more. Fix the issues with your app so customers can have a seamless experience. Using your app is so frustrating and stressful!

When I entered the booking code (PNR), I get an error message. The error message is that the PNR No. is not valid even though it's right. By the way are these feedbacks being monitored. There has not been a single response from the developers. It's a shame.
