PassKit Pass Reader is the official scanning and validation app for PassKit-powered loyalty programmes, events and campaigns. Built for frontline staff, kiosk operators and event teams who need fast, reliable pass management in the field.

Scan Any Pass Instantly

Point the camera at any supported barcode and get an instant result. Supports QR codes, Code 128, PDF417 and Aztec (and not EAN-8,19 and Code 39) — covering every pass format PassKit supports out of the box.

Batch Scan Mode

Running a high-volume event or a busy retail shift? Switch to Batch Scan and process multiple passes in a single session without stopping between scans. Configure scan behaviour per pass type, review your session summary when done, and pick up right where you left off.

Member Management

Pull up a full member profile the moment you scan their card. Check them in or out, adjust points balances on the spot, and review their full activity history — all from one screen.

Coupon & Ticket Validation

Scan a coupon to verify its status, redeem it with a single tap, or update the expiry date if needed. Validate event tickets and confirm entry in seconds.

In-App & Push Notifications

Stay informed without leaving the app. Receive real-time alerts for scan milestones, completed batch sessions, app releases and security events — delivered in-app and via push notification.

Secure by Default

Log in with your fingerprint or face unlock for fast, secure access. All credentials are stored securely on-device. Offline detection alerts you immediately if connectivity drops, with a retry prompt when you're back online.
