About this app

PanicAlert Responder is the companion app for authorized responders in the PanicAlert network. It helps teams receive, manage, and resolve incident requests from registered PanicAlert users quickly and securely.

Instant push notifications for new requests with an audible alert

Accept/decline and update request status in real time

Map view with caller location, distance, and ETA; open in your preferred navigation app

Background location sharing while you are On Duty for live tracking

View incident details and contact information in one place

Add resolution notes or mark false alarms (with required confirmation)

Online/Offline toggle to control availability

History and dashboard for recent activity

Who can use this app?
This app is intended only for approved responders invited by Panic Alert Security Systems. It is not a consumer app.

Permissions & data use
Location is used for routing, ETA, and tracking only while On Duty. Photos may be used for profile identity. Notifications are used to alert you to new assignments. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
