Manage all your passwords in one place with the N-able Passportal mobile app. It is the solution built for Managed Service Providers (MSP)s to keep access to passwords organized by company, client, and personal vaults. It provides FaceID/TouchID login and real-time synchronization across all devices from the web portal, browser extensions, and mobile.

The Passportal App uses the AccessibilityService API via the Legacy Autofill option. We use the AccessibilityService API to provide Autofill functionality for older devices to fill usernames and passwords stored in Passportal into websites and application on your device.

This app has never been good, but now it is unusable. The app fails to launch every time. This forces me to use the web browser version of PassPortal on my mobile devices, which is also a horrible experience. Why this hasn't been fixed in literally months is a mystery and a disgrace. It's not like this is a free product, my organization pays a lot of money to N-Able every year for use of their platforms, including PassPortal.

the current version of this app is extremely buggy. it keeps loosing the downloaded credentials on my phone, and won't re sync them. I have to then force stop the app, clear the app cache and data, then log in again. it will then work normally for a random amount of time, then start playing up again. this is a major issue, as i am relying on the app when onsite at customer premises, and also for some of my personal apps and websites from my mobile phone

Does not work on Android. The latest update is a total mess. Trying to login, the password and username fields cannot be selected except in a very tiny spot. Also, takes 10minutes to get to an MFA prompt and even then fails to login due to delays. Used to work on older versions.
