Poor User Experience The app has MFA, but doesn't let you paste the 6 digit codes. There's is no third party wallet integration, which would be ok if I could at least choose from my Google Wallet credit cards to add to my account. Nope, that's not available, you have to take our you physical card and type in every detail. Hitting the back button at any time restarted the entire transaction. It was unclear that I was loading a wallet. Not friendly to visitors just parking 1 or 2 times.

The app doesn't work on my android. I press "New Session" and I just get a blank screen. It would be fine if they had website support as well, but seeing as you can only park with the app, this is absolutely infuriating. My girlfriend tried on her iPhone and, although it's not the same issue, it's unusable. I don't know how people are getting it to work, but we've both Uninstaller and reinstalled and nothing works.

Updated app stinks bad. All the positive reviews are from when the app was simple and streamlined. Used to work perfectly. Enter your space, enter the time, pay, done. Now, they've made it much more complex with features that just don't work. Why the imprecise slider? This is just an awful user design. Congrats A2. You got taken by a firm selling you "improvements" that aren't. Bite the cost and revert back and hopefully whoever made the change learns that the enemy of good is perfect.
