The space number on the meter didn't work when input into the app. The meter had two different numbers from the back and the front, luckily one of them ended up working. We could have gone to a different spot but we were parking at an EV charger. App doesn't notify your session ended or tell you if it's over. I thought it was still charging me so I almost opened a new session. The app is ugly and could have better interface and design. Curly font overlaying other text is awful looking.

Seriously the worst thing ever! Absolutely hate this app. It doesn't notify you when your time is about to run out. I have an android phone so I'm not sure if Apple users expirence this too but it doesn't allow you to click on renew session once time is up you have to physically type it in again and hope that you remember all the numbers. Its very inconvenient and don't have time for all at!

As many have stated, too many steps to get to park. I wouldn't call it over complicated but it is more than necessary. I only have one payment type...why not let me set that as default. 2 clicks and done... As it is now you have to tape like 6 times to get it to park. They at least got rid of the absurd lockout times so that is a plus.
