Disappointed with the Park Duluth app. It does not allow you to extend your parking time when you are still at a business, such as a hair appointment or other service that runs longer than expected. This forces customers to leave, move their vehicle, or risk a ticket. The app also creates barriers for those without smartphones or who are not comfortable using technology. Parking options should be accessible and convenient for everyone.

Doesn't work. Can't load anything. Machines on street take forever and thought this could speed things up. Wrong!! I can search and find a name of the lot I'm in, but that's where it stops and does nothing. As of parking in Duluth isn't bad enough. Then throw the headaches of non working parking app or Machines that either don't work with card and only take cash, or take 2-3 minutes to process card payment. Duluth is becoming overrated.

It took me so long to set this up that we found quarters instead. Also, the inconvenience fee. The lack of integration with Google Pay for an android phone app is disappointing, too. Overall, just a waste of time—especially for a visitor from out of town that is not trying to put in a lot of effort to accommodate municipal fees.
