It took me so long to set this up that we found quarters instead. Also, the inconvenience fee. The lack of integration with Google Pay for an android phone app is disappointing, too. Overall, just a waste of time—especially for a visitor from out of town that is not trying to put in a lot of effort to accommodate municipal fees.

App doesn't work, period. I used it a few times to park in Duluth, but was worried when I saw that the meters were going away in spots and only this app could be used to pay, because what happens when the app doesn't work (or for that matter, what if you don't have a phone/it's not on you). Low and behold, app simply doesn't work for me today. Can never even input the spot I want to park in. And I have a Pixel 4a (relatively new), so not a 'strange' or junky phone.

When it works, it's great-but when you get random errors when trying to pay it is terrible. I was late for a doctor exam today because it would not let me pay for the spot i was in. Had to move spots, try it afew more times and race to my exam. App wanted to know if I wanted to give it 5 starts or not rate it at all. Lovely.
