I guess the app updated itself, but I didn't recognize the interface when I opened it after a few months of non-use. It asks for a "zone number" , and I have no idea what that is. It's not the space number which I used to input. I ended up paying with a credit card at the machine on the curb. Now the app won't function at all. It freezes up my entire phone when started. I don't know what you guys did, but please reverse it. The app is completely unusable.

Lousy logic in this app. I paid with this parking app. I clicked "YES on the final confirmation screen, and then left the vehicle. When I returned, there was a ticket and then when I opened my phone to check the app, there was a message that "there was a problem contacting the city". Don't show me the final confirmation screen when your app isn't able to actually confirm the transaction. That’s poor logic and the customer is held responsible for the error.

What the eff is a zone number? Got my employer to load $100 and then couldn't pay for parking with the app. Without another payment method on hand, and with covid cashlessness, this ultimately lead to a parking ticket. Now they have added location tracking as another slap in the face to privacy. No thanks, I might as well go get a roll of quarters - they tend to work pretty reliably.
