I guess the app updated itself, but I didn't recognize the interface when I opened it after a few months of non-use. It asks for a "zone number" , and I have no idea what that is. It's not the space number which I used to input. I ended up paying with a credit card at the machine on the curb. Now the app won't function at all. It freezes up my entire phone when started. I don't know what you guys did, but please reverse it. The app is completely unusable.

increasingly poor performance - used to be great. Lately it takes a much longer time to load, and never gives warnings of upcoming time outs. oftentimes you'll get the "parking almost done" warning hours later, which is obviously useless. If you think to OPEN the app, it will usually prompt a reminder but the whole point is to remind me ahead of time. I also find that even if you end your session, lately it still sends you a "parking almost done" notification later on.

While some features of this app have improved since the frustrating early days, it has some things that you should beware of: 1) If you're paying via a prefunded wallet and run out of funds, it will offer to refill your wallet for $10, but actually refill it for your default amount. In my case, I got a $150 surprise. City support staff are excellent and fixed it quickly. 2) if you end parking early, you'll still be notified when it would have run out normally. It's easy to think you overpaid.
