thank you for the unexpected and thoughtful adjustment to my account. I noticed that my usage effectively exceeded a 30-day period, and your system automatically converted my four weekly passes into a monthly pass, including the additional days that would have been part of a standard monthly purchase. I also see that a refund was issued for the difference between the weekly passes and the monthly rate. I truly appreciate this level of attention and fairness.

App Updates: ability to use offline. Ability to sign up and make an account to keep track of spending and also use on another device if the phone is lost, damaged or died. if you lose that phone with your ticket there is no way to access it. you are buying another ticket. App is slow which is why it's a 4 star. Great on navigation and alerts but slow when loading a ticket.

Freezing and crashing. App constantly freezes and crashes making it virtually unusable. When I asked at customer service if they could just print me a card for the reminder of my 31 day pass they said no. I never had these issues using LA's mass transit system. This is one of the worst transit experiences I have ever had . Make a reliable or app or offer options so that people can actually use your services reliable and your notoriously low ridership rates may go up.
