Freezing and crashing. App constantly freezes and crashes making it virtually unusable. When I asked at customer service if they could just print me a card for the reminder of my 31 day pass they said no. I never had these issues using LA's mass transit system. This is one of the worst transit experiences I have ever had . Make a reliable or app or offer options so that people can actually use your services reliable and your notoriously low ridership rates may go up.

Google is more reliable and accurate. I have to toggle between the two in order to figure out my route and timing. The buses and live GPS thing is a complete lie. You'll stand there watching the countdown for the bus to arrive and surprise the bus never shows up. I feel this app is great for easy and convenient easy to pay. Thank goodness I have transportation. But times like this when my vehicle is in the shop I catch the bus to my appointments. So far JTA always have me late.

Been using this app for over 3 months now and unfortunately it's been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I don't know if it's the drivers or app. But the timing for busses are virtually never accurate. I've arrived at stops 10-15 mins early only to find out the bus has already come and gone and the app didn't update in time. The live bus tracking works about 40% of time. Would've been 1 star but being able to pay for my trip off my phone save time. Yet uber is more useful something
