PassTik Scanner transforms your door agents' phones into access control tools. You scan your event tickets, know who has entered, and you can continue even when the network drops.
This app complements the PassTik platform. It's designed for event organizers and their reception teams.
WORKS OFFLINE
This is the core of the app. Your event tickets are downloaded to the phone before the doors open. After that, everything is handled locally: no connection is needed for scanning.
Entry data is stored on the device and automatically uploaded as soon as the network is restored. Nothing is lost, even after several hours offline. The synchronization status is always displayed, so you always know how many entries are waiting to be sent.
SIGN IN IN SECONDS
Your agents don't need an account. The organizer generates a six-character access code from their PassTik dashboard. The agent enters this code and their first name: they are ready to scan.
Each entry is recorded under the name of the agent who validated it. You know who opened the door for whom.
The code can be revoked at any time from the dashboard. The affected phones immediately lose access, even if they were already connected.
DETECTION OF PREVIOUSLY USED TICKETS
A ticket can only be scanned once. If a QR code is presented a second time, the application immediately flags it and indicates when it was validated and by which agent.
Feedback is also tactile: the vibration varies depending on the result. Your agents can recognize a refusal without taking their eyes off the line, even in noisy environments.
MANUAL SEARCH
A damaged QR code, a dead phone battery, a cracked screen. Searching by name allows you to find the participant in the list and manually validate their entry, without making them wait.
LIVE TRACKING
The number of tickets checked, the number of tickets remaining, and the progress are visible in the app. The history of recent entries can be viewed on the phone, and the organizer can access the complete log in their PassTik dashboard.
WHAT THE APP REQUIRES
The camera, to read QR codes. Vibration, to return to scanning. Nothing else. No data is used for advertising purposes.
Control entry to your events. Scan tickets, even without a network connection.
