Have had this for years and it is maybe 50% accurate the entire time, sometimes my vehicle it is even going places and never registers it even changed locations. It is extremely frustrating. Even currently it says it is a mile from its real location for weeks it has been wrong. Need a way to update or fix this issue. Will NOT pay for this GPS system again or recommend. A Tile tracker or Apple Air Tag works way better for accuracy and timing.

Does not locate vehicle all of the time as it's supposed to. I understand that the unit puts itself to sleep to conserve battery power, but it needs to locate vehicle ALL OF THE TIME. When it does locate my vehicle, it is very usually the wrong address. Please fix this. This was a very expensive unit to install, I expect it to work correctly!

The app does not stay in real time and it does not update consistently unless you continue to hit "locate". The vehicle will be in the driveway, which is a set boundary, a good five minutes before it sends an alert. Also, the app frequently glitches. I will press "locate" and it will show the vehicle in one location (or stopped completely), then hit locate a second time and it will show the vehicle 10 miles away. This is seconds later and not possible. The app needs to be updated.
