App for owners of InTouch and InTouch VP solutions. Some screens shown in Preview section apply to the InTouch user experience and some to InTouch VP user experience. You must have an InTouch or InTouch VP device and account before you can sign in to use the app.

The app does not stay in real time and it does not update consistently unless you continue to hit "locate". The vehicle will be in the driveway, which is a set boundary, a good five minutes before it sends an alert. Also, the app frequently glitches. I will press "locate" and it will show the vehicle in one location (or stopped completely), then hit locate a second time and it will show the vehicle 10 miles away. This is seconds later and not possible. The app needs to be updated.

Does not locate vehicle all of the time as it's supposed to. I understand that the unit puts itself to sleep to conserve battery power, but it needs to locate vehicle ALL OF THE TIME. When it does locate my vehicle, it is very usually the wrong address. Please fix this. This was a very expensive unit to install, I expect it to work correctly!

This device/app gets -5 stars! Just about the most useless device/app for tracking a vehicle! Doesn't live update location, only actually uses 1 set boundary.., the others are about to be set but don't function! Support answers calls and hangs up without talking to you! You'd think it'd be much better for something that cost a grand!
