MAKUTANO DIGITAL Event Manager is a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline every aspect of event planning and execution. Built for event organizers, staff, and guests, the app provides a seamless, professional experience from invitation to post-event memories.

For Event Organizers:
Take full control of your events with a powerful suite of management tools. Organizers can create detailed event listings, including categories, dates, locations, and custom branding for invitation cards. The guest management system is robust, allowing for individual guest entry or bulk import via CSV files. Each guest is automatically assigned a unique QR code, which is integrated into a beautifully designed, shareable invitation card.

To ensure smooth event-day operations, organizers can create and manage user accounts for their staff, assigning a "scanner" role with access to specific events. This role-based security ensures that staff can only access the information they need. Organizers can also manage a list of key event vendors (MCs, DJs, Decorators) and upload event schedules and photo galleries, all from within the app.

For Scanners:
Event staff with the "scanner" role have a simplified, focused interface. After logging in, they are presented with a list of only the events they have been assigned to. They can select an event and use their device's camera to scan guest QR codes for fast, secure, and real-time check-ins. A manual entry option is also available for guests who may have forgotten their invitation.

For Guests & Public Users:
Guests receive a professional, personalized invitation card with a unique QR code. Unregistered users can browse a public feed of all events, categorized for easy discovery. To view the private photo gallery, event schedule, or list of vendors for a specific event, a guest must first verify their attendance by entering the unique ID from their invitation, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.
