PatagonicosAPP is a digital platform designed to facilitate the management of personal loans in Argentine pesos (ARS) in a clear, organized, and transparent manner.

The application allows users to register, verify their identity, and request loans under predefined conditions, which are always displayed before confirming any transaction.

Loan conditions:
• Currency: All values ​​are expressed exclusively in Argentine pesos (ARS).

• Loan amount: Up to a maximum of 10% of the user's income, with the aim of promoting responsible use and protecting both the user and the stability of the system.

• Loan term: 61 days (pre-agreed fixed term).

• Interest rate: 15% monthly equivalent (interest calculated daily).

• Approximate daily rate: 0.5% per day.

• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Up to 180% per year, without interest capitalization (interest is not compounded).

The loan has a pre-agreed fixed term of 61 days. If it is not repaid within this period, late fees may apply according to the system's terms and conditions.

The user can prepay the loan at any time during the term. Interest is calculated proportionally per day, based on the elapsed time.

It is not possible to apply for a new loan until the previous loan has been fully repaid.

Representative example:
If you request a loan of ARS $10,000 for 61 days:

• Interest rate: 15% monthly, calculated daily.

• Approximate daily rate: 0.5% per day.

• Estimated total interest for 61 days: ARS $3,050.

• Estimated total to repay: ARS $13,050.

If the loan is repaid before the term, the interest is calculated proportionally per day, so the final amount will be lower.

No interest is compounded on interest. There is no interest capitalization.
