Scale your own bakery formulas with baker percentages, target flour weight, and ingredient package prices in one focused workbench.

Bakery Formula & Cost Calculator keeps the arithmetic clear. Enter a reference formula, choose which ingredients count toward total flour, set a target flour weight, and review every scaled ingredient weight. Add package prices to see raw ingredient cost and an explicitly ingredient-only margin based on the target batch price you enter.

The free workbench is useful without an account. A one-time Lifetime Pro purchase adds a reusable local library for formulas and supplier prices, saved batch comparisons, CSV cost-sheet export, and versioned JSON backup and restore.

This app performs arithmetic on values you enter. It does not provide food-safety, allergen, nutrition, shelf-life, recipe-success, certification, tax, or accounting advice.
