Contractor Expense Tracker is a focused, offline-first ledger for independent contractors and small operators. Add an expense in seconds, assign it to a project, keep a receipt photo with the record, and review clear totals whenever you need them. No account is required.

Free includes up to 50 active expenses, two active projects, three templates, two reminders, custom categories, project budgets, practical filters, current-month PDF and CSV export, receipt attachments, backup and restore, privacy controls, and data deletion. Limits are shown before purchase, and existing records remain viewable and exportable.

LIFETIME PRO

The optional one-time Pro unlock adds unlimited expenses, projects, templates, and reminders, plus custom report ranges, selected-record export, saved filters, bulk tools, and compact history rows. Basic organization, existing records, privacy controls, backup, restore, and current-month exports remain available without Pro.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Expense records and receipt photos are stored locally. The app has no account system, ads, analytics, crash reporting, bank connection, location tracking, or cloud sync. Google Play processes the optional purchase. Files leave the app only when you choose an export, backup, or share destination.
