About this app
Keep recurring household work clear without creating an account or sending your schedule to a developer server. Optional nearby sync lets family phones exchange assigned chores directly over home Wi‑Fi.
Household Chores Schedule gives each local household member a color-coded lane, so you can see what is due, what is complete, and what still needs an assignment. View the schedule by day or by person, complete chores with undo, and keep a factual local history of completions, skips, reassignments, and reschedules.
Set up chores with:
- Daily, weekly, selected-weekday, monthly, or custom recurrence
- Fixed, rotating, or unassigned responsibility
- Rooms, notes, due times, estimates, and priority
- Optional inexact local reminders and quiet hours
Your household data stays on your devices unless you choose to export it or use nearby family sync. Pair with a short-lived QR code, then exchange encrypted updates directly on the same Wi‑Fi—there is no PatchMedia sync server. Save a versioned JSON backup, restore after a clear preview, or create PDF and CSV reports with Pro. No login, ads, analytics, or cloud sync are included.
The free version includes starter chore ideas, up to 20 active chores, four local members, five reminders, and three rotating chores. A one-time Pro purchase on the household device unlocks nearby family sharing, unlimited local members, chores, reminders and rotations, advanced recurrence, full history, reports, privacy lock, and appearance options. Family-member phones can join and sync without buying Pro. There is no subscription.
Reminder timing is managed by Android and may be approximate. Google Play handles purchases; PatchMedia does not receive payment-card details.
