For the first time, I’m rating an app one star. Sohar Islamic Bank’s app is very bad and wastes staff efforts. I got my card, faced issues, contacted support twice, the first problem was fixed, but then another appeared. I just want to activate my account for online banking. Customer service is great, but the app is terrible.* I changed my rate, they fix the problems.

Very bad application Very complicated Asking about stupid things Keep telling me password is wrong despite trying all kind of character in the keyboard. Please contact bank Muscat and take the experience of very nice and friendly application from them.
