About this app

Introducing MobileCoach, a tool designed to create and evaluate chat-based digital coaching programs. For researchers, MobileCoach offers an intuitive environment for creating and testing digital coaching programs.


For research group members:

Development: MobileCoach provides a comprehensive suite of tools for the development of digital coaching programs. From conceptualization to deployment, our platform supports every step of the digital coaching creation process.

Evaluation: Provide your created coaching programs to your group members or testers and collect feedback to refine and optimize your digital coaching solutions.

IMPORTANT: To test your digital coaching program yourself or provide it to your testers, you need to share the appropriate QR code shown in the MobileCoach Coach Management System.


For testers:

A QR code is required to participate in a MobileCoach coaching. Contact your research team to get your personalized code.


Device integration:

In order to also offer activity coaching, the app features Google Health integration. This is optional and allows researchers to provide motivational concepts based on the steps collected during the day so far. Therefore the daily step values can be read out from Google Health and be analyzed in the backend, i.e. also be compared to self-reported values by the user.
