The Sonoa medical app helps you promote restful sleep and a healthy lifestyle. With Sonoa, you have a ‘digital coach’ at your side who helps you keep a digital sleep diary and gives you personalised recommendations on your sleep behaviour and progress.
The app is based on medical guidelines for healthy sleep and is being further developed in collaboration with doctors and psychologists.

Sonoa helps you document your sleep quality in a structured manner in a digital sleep diary in accordance with guidelines, reminds you of sleep training and relaxation exercises, and gives you specific recommendations on recommended measures for restful sleep.

By documenting reliable data on your sleep behaviour in a digital sleep diary according to a recognised protocol, you provide your doctor with an important data basis for optimally analysing your sleep and advising you. You can generate a report from the app at any time and share it with your doctor.

Sonoa helps you document your sleep and reminds you of your sleep times. Sonoa makes recommendations for you based on your sleep behaviour. You can export the diaries and charts as PDF files and send them at any time.

Sonoa provides weekly feedback on the quality of your sleep and works with you to develop strategies to continuously improve your sleep.
Medication
Sonoa provides weekly feedback on the reliability of your medication intake and works with you to develop strategies to take your medication regularly (or more regularly).
