The website wouldn't activate the gift card. That's why I tried the app, but it wanted me to create an account. I just wanted to do an activation. Then I called the phone number instead. It let me create a pin. I hope that is all I have to do to use the card.

When calling to activate card, no option to create a pin is given. Multiple tries to establish an account in the app give an error code. When you call for help they say you can only speak to a person after your first deposit.

The worst decision I have made this year was to get this card . I have had about 3,000 .Disappear from my account and customer service don't know anything
