Very 3rd calss app, while booking any test, at the end after entering payment option a screen appears to accepts or decline their instrctions, the accept option always disabled and the decline option always activated. After lot of complaints on their help line, they always gave lollypop that we are working on our App 😡. How pathetic services of IDC regarding their App. On their instrctions I have uninstalled and reinstalled App lot of time but invain.

Application doesn't show any radiology image. Each time it show no image found. I've signed out and signed my account again. Even i have uninstalled the app and reinstall it but issue is same no radiology image found.

Horrible and useless. Does not work at all, have been trying to get OTP for two days, nothing, no response at all. It's like they created something, just so you can't use it.
