With MyDLSChart patients will be able to:
- Register online for result access
- View new /historical patient results
- Download new /historical patient results
- Get notifications when new results are ready
- Find nearest DLS location

This application requires the patient be an authorized DLS user. If you are not a registered user, you need US citizenship to complete the registration successfully. This application does not store any patient information on the device, ensuring patient confidentiality and security.

Downloaded it and tried to register with no success. Called help line for a reset and still no success. I really want this to work! Guy on phone said IT only can reset account. Waited until next morning, tried to register again, still no success. Fire the IT programmer!!! Okay found the solution...register in the internet and not on the app first...so far everything works...fingers crossed!

Wouldn't let me register (presumably because I'm not a US citizen), customer service closes at 4pm so I would have to wait until it opens tomorrow which is only a few hours before my scheduled flight. Fortunately the clinic I got my covid test at could print off the results so I can still travel in spite of the ineptitude of this app.

This app is HORRIBLE!!! It let's you go thru the steps and after answering all those questions it tells you "WE'RE SORRY." And tells you a crazy reason and need to call them. It's pointless to have this app and you can't get to where you need to and finish register. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP OR GET RID OF THE UNNECESSARY THINGS SO PEOPLE CAN GO FORWARD AND REGISTER WITH NO PROBLEM.
