Ratings and reviews

The company is slow to update the info in the app. They also don't communicate well through the app.I had to do everything through emails. My app still says I am waiting to get my aligners, when I have had them for several days. I should be able to track my progress with the aligners through the app but it's not possible since the app hasn't updated. I also cannot update it manually. Kind of pointless to have the app.

I've been trying to get a response from customer support for three weeks regarding a significant gap in my stage nine aligners, but I haven't heard back at all. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me three hundred dollars to remake them, even though it's their fault. The communication and service are terrible, wait times are atrocious, and it really feels like they're just trying to rob their customers. If you want to waste your time and one thousand dollars, go ahead.

Absolutely useless. The chat doesn't allow you to leave the screen to let's say get an order number without having to log back in. Y'all seriously need to consider using the app in real life. Don't get me started on the actual aligner company, they are also awful.
