Ratings and reviews

The company is slow to update the info in the app. They also don't communicate well through the app.I had to do everything through emails. My app still says I am waiting to get my aligners, when I have had them for several days. I should be able to track my progress with the aligners through the app but it's not possible since the app hasn't updated. I also cannot update it manually. Kind of pointless to have the app.

one thing i appreciate about the company is support for doing dental impressions at home. it would be easy to put off, but scheduling an appointment online to do it with a pro helps with accountability. harry Smith was very patient and thorough in my impressions video call. I'm glad I did the video call instead of doing the tooth impressions on my own since now I have more confidence in the end result. as for the app itself, they could make it easier to input text information, but it does work.

I have been waiting on getting my mouth guard for 6 weeks at this point. I sent my impressions in over 6 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I have reached out but they either don't answer or say 3 weeks. This is such a scam. Don't use them. horrible company.
