About this app

Patrol Forge Multiple Company is a secure dispatch and field-operations platform designed for dispatch centers that serve multiple security companies from one coordinated system.

AUTHORIZED ACCESS

The app requires an account issued by an organization using Patrol Forge Multiple Company. It does not offer public account registration, pricing, checkout, or subscription management. Available features are determined by the user’s organization, company, role, permissions, and assignments.

MULTI-COMPANY DISPATCH

Authorized dispatchers can:

• Access a Master CAD covering their dispatch organization’s serviced companies
• Open individual company workspaces with clearly displayed company identity
• Create, review, update, and follow dispatch calls
• Review officers, units, properties, vehicles, incidents, SOPs, and assignments
• Receive operational and emergency notifications
• Coordinate authorized aid between serviced companies
• Work without exposing information belonging to unrelated dispatch organizations

OFFICER OPERATIONS

Authorized officers can:

• Go on duty and off duty from the app
• Share their current work location with their authorized dispatch center while on duty
• Review assigned calls and operational information
• Activate an emergency request when immediate assistance is needed
• Receive protected operational notifications
• Create and update authorized incident reports
• Capture and securely upload photos to eligible draft incident reports

LOCATION SHARING

Location sharing begins only after an authorized officer deliberately selects Go On Duty and reviews the location disclosure. Android displays a persistent notification while the location foreground service is active.

Location may continue to update while the app is minimized or the screen is locked so the authorized dispatch center can monitor the on-duty unit in CAD. Going off duty, signing out, session revocation, removal of location permission, or stopping the service ends collection.

Location information is used for dispatch coordination, officer safety, and authorized operational functions. It is not sold or used for advertising.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Patrol Forge Multiple Company uses protected device sessions, encrypted network connections, role- and capability-based access, explicit company context, and dispatch-organization isolation.

Notification previews intentionally avoid sensitive narratives, addresses, precise coordinates, passwords, and support codes. Incident photos are processed through a controlled upload workflow and are not saved to the shared device gallery by the app.

The app provides direct access to the Privacy Policy, Support Center, and account-data deletion request process.

IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL NOTICE

Patrol Forge supports private security dispatch and operational coordination. GPS, internet service, device notifications, mobile networks, and third-party services can be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable.

The app does not replace 911, police, fire, emergency medical services, or any other public emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate public emergency service whenever possible.
