PatrolZ is a mobile application that assists security personnel in conducting patrols and on-site check-ins. The application connects with the PatrolZ patrol management system, making patrol work clear, evidence-based, and easy to verify.

WHO IS IT FOR?

• Security guards/patrol staff are invited by the company to join the PatrolZ system.

• Staff need to receive their daily assignments, check in at checkpoints, and report incidents.

MAIN FEATURES

1) Secure Login
• Log in using a company-provided account (phone number/registration information)

• Supports biometric login (fingerprint/face recognition) on compatible devices

2) Receive and Execute Patrol Assignments
• View daily/shift patrol assignments
• Start patrols according to a schedule (hourly) or flexible schedule
• Track progress at checkpoints on a map

3) Check-in at Checkpoints
• Check-in using QR code
• Check-in using NFC tag/card (supported device)
• Verify GPS location upon check-in

• Record checkpoint status: normal or incident

4) Incident Reporting
• Send incident description with photos from camera or gallery
• Photos are pre-optimized for size When uploading for faster submission

5) Company Invitations & Links

• Receive and accept job offers from companies

• View information about the company/organization you are linked to

6) Notifications

• Receive notifications related to patrol duties and activities (when enabled on the device)

REQUIRED APPLICATION ACCESS

• Photos/Storage: select photos from the library when reporting
• NFC/Bluetooth (if supported): check-in using NFC tags or related devices
• Internet: synchronize tasks and upload data to the system

• Notifications: receive task updates
