FORCED UPDATE - UNABLE TO LOG IN When I went to use the app that I've used before, it forced me to update before I could log in. So I did the update. Then, I could not log in. I was out of state and was unable to use my transponder because I could not log in and add the rental.car. The next day, I was finally able to log in, using my email, and add the rental info. I was thinking of uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I will wait until I do not need it. Pretty crappty interface.

Literally not even useable. Can't tell if it's loading or just not working most of the time. The QR scanner literally doesn't work after giving camera permissions to the app, and that's the ONLY method for pulling up your fee. Maybe options are just invisible? The worst part is the website isn't usable either. Terrible terrible terrible. They need to actually do something about all the negative feedback they've gotten. The amount of 1 star ratings should tell you something is wrong. Shame.

Just awful. How many times must I add my credit card to my account via this app until it FINALLY saves it? Still has cards saved that are no longer valid and can't be deleted. Can't see toll transactions past the most recent 10. Still doesn't warn account holder when balance is low and is about to automatically refill balance. Other states tell you when you're low so you don't get fined.
