The recent update ruined the app. I appreciate the attempt to improve the graphs for weekly/monthly water intake, but now when I go to "Details" and click on any day from last month, the data shows momentarily before most days disappear. The new homepage is not visually appealing (I miss my pet's photo and time he last drank being there). There is no longer a large, clear countdown for cleaning on the device page. I wish there were a way to undo this entire update, the changes aren't worth it.

UPDATE: in order to get the app up and running again, I needed to clear the cache on the app, clear the data from the device, uninstall the app and reinstall the app and start from scratch. I had to add my device manually and not by discovery mode. It is working again, but I still believe that it under reports the amount of water that is being drank each day. I also needed to split my Wi-Fi to split, dedicated 2G and 5G instead of automatic mode in order to select 2G for this device.

Update 3.3.24 1 star The fountain actually just decided to stop pumping water and just stay off. MY CAT WENT POSSIBLY DAYS WITHOUT WATER! That's on me for putting too much trust into this thing. It sucks because when it works, it's great. With that said, ever since the lapse in water pumping, I'm back to the point where I can't see any data from the unit. It connects but then just has a forever loading animation, rendering the app useless. Update! 9.4.23 3 stars. Mostly does the job.
