I've been using this app for years, since 2016, to keep my beloved cat's records organized and in one place. I don't know what happened or what the devs did with this app but it's useless. I can't upload documents. I've tried on my phone and a tablet and the save button just disappears off the screen once I've attached a document to upload. Trying to add a date or time to a record is frustrating, you have to enter the date and time multiple times for it to register.

I used this app before the major changes to the free version and it was awesome. But as I kept using it, over time it just got harder to use till I couldn't fix a date that had been automatically set for me. I'm disappointed with how the app has morphed into a money grab. I get it, the idea is to make money, nothing against that, but don't make it impossible for the free version users to continue using the app without forcing the paid content. That's not selling the value, that's being pushy.

Overall, this is a great app. We have 8 companion animals, and one of them has a serious condition. Being able to track in one place is fantastic. I do have one criticism. For animals with chronic, ongoing conditions, $10 every time we want to update the records is a bit much. I reached out to the Dev about this, and was offered the solution that I could get the files from our vets and scan them in to the app. If I got the files from all the vets directly, why would I do that?
