good app for monitoring the feeder. I had to silence the alarms because my cat will sit next to the feeder and trigger it a bunch, so they were getting annoying. it would be nice to have some filter options on alarms. I want push notifications for if it's running low in food or if the pet hasn't visited in x amount of time but I'd like to be able to limit others. I like that I don't need a hub device to do app monitoring.

Decent app for setting feeding schedules. I like that it tells me when a cat has visited. However, the biggest downside to this app is that it does not let me know when there is no more food in the storage compartment. The feeder itself will have a message when it's empty—why can't the app notify me when it's low or empty? A missing feature that would make this app perfect for my needs. I also can't set a schedule at the same time of day but on a different day from another schedule.

My biggest pet peeve is that this app requires location permissions to be turned on or else it will keep badgering you with a message each time you navigate to a new part of the app. Why is this necessary if I use wifi to communicate with the feeder? The microchip feeder would be even greater with a better designed microchip reader for pets whose chips are too far back in the shoulder blade and can sneak food from other pets' bowls during open mode without triggering it.
