Anxiety relief. I've used it multiple times now when my dog became ill. I always get over anxious when he is sick,so this app is a great help to talk to a vet asap instead of waiting for an appointment at your own local vet or for it being closed. Not 5 stars though,as the app can be buggy, random crashes, local vet linking not working, no notice of the maximum video size to upload. I had to reduce video size on a few videos to get them to upload. Other than that, fantastic app

Absolutely a must have app if you have pets, it was extremely useful when I was in doubt about my cats health and the people at the other end are very professional, patient, informative and friendly. I was attended in less than 3 minutes on a Sunday. It saves you unnecessary trips to the vet for half the price (or less with their membership)

Near to impossible to upload photos. Took me over an hour to upload a photo. It is pointless to use the vet app to consult if so complicated to do simple tasks. So all the purpose is lost if you need to use the service via chat or share photos, which in most cases is very important
